Dieter App — terms and conditions

1. General Provisions

These terms govern the use of the Dieter application. The service provider is Kamil Wojtas DevStudio, tax ID (NIP) 7543371684, contact: contact@mydieter.com. By using the application, you accept these terms.

2. Service Description

Dieter is an application for creating and managing diet plans, meals, ingredients, and shopping lists, and — in the dietitian plan — managing clients and assigning diets to them. The service is available in a free tier and paid subscription plans.

3. User Account

Full functionality requires creating an account and verifying your email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account. You may delete your account at any time within the app.

You agree to use the application lawfully and in good faith. In particular, the following is prohibited:

6. Nature of Information

The application is a tool for planning and organizing nutrition. Its content does not constitute medical or dietary advice within the meaning of regulations on medical professions. For health matters, consult a physician or a qualified dietitian.

7. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. By starting to use a paid digital service before that period ends, you consent to its immediate provision and acknowledge the loss of the right of withdrawal with respect to the service already performed.

8. Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We strive to keep it running continuously and correctly, but we do not guarantee the absence of technical interruptions. We are not liable for dietary decisions made based on data entered by the user.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms. We will inform users of significant changes via the application or email. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Final Provisions

Matters not covered herein are governed by Polish law. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent court. Contact: contact@mydieter.com.
