Help
The shopping list builds itself from your diet, and in the shop you tick off what's already in your basket.
The list includes ingredients from all days and meals of the diet. The same ingredient from different meals is added up into one item. Grams and millilitres are rounded to whole numbers, and above a kilogram we show kilograms. For some products (for example eggs, bananas, onions) you'll also see roughly how many pieces that is, for example "approx. 4 pcs, size M".
Tap water doesn't go on the list, because you don't buy it.
In the Shopping tab, tap + Add, name the list, then add items: name, amount and unit (for example pcs, g, kg, l).
You can also add items straight from a recipe: on the meal screen, tap the basket icon next to an ingredient or Add all to shopping list.
Tap an item to tick it off. The Ticked to bottom switch moves ticked items to the end of the list, and the app remembers your choice. At the top you can see how many items are already done.
When you tick off the last item, the list marks itself as completed. If you untick something, it goes back to the active lists.
No signal in the shop is no problem: your tick shows up straight away, and the app sends it once the connection is back.
In the Shopping tab, lists are split into Active, Completed and Archived. Under the More button next to each list you'll find: rename, Share, Complete or Reopen, Duplicate (a copy with all items unticked), Archive and Delete.
Completed lists move to the archive automatically, and from there they're deleted after a while. On a free account this happens after 7 and 30 days. On Premium you can set these periods in More → Archive settings, and you can also turn on Never delete.
You can share a list with a group, for example your household: More → Share and choose the group. More about groups in the Groups and shared lists article.
