How to delete your account

You can delete your Dieter account yourself, directly in the app:

1. Open the Dieter app and sign in.
2. Go to the More tab.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Confirm by entering your password.

Account deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Deletion on request (email)

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us from the address linked to your account:

We process requests without undue delay, within 30 days at the latest.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently erase from our servers all data associated with your account, including:

• account data (name, email address, password),
• diet plans, meals and ingredients,
• shopping lists,
• groups you created and your memberships,
• client records and assignments (on a dietitian account),
• reminders, history and preferences.

Any active subscription is automatically canceled as part of this process.

What data may be retained

We do not retain your data on our servers after account deletion. Exceptionally, transaction records required for accounting and legal obligations (e.g. payment confirmations) may remain with the payment providers - Apple, Google or Stripe - in accordance with their policies and for the period required by law.
