You don't have to start from an empty week. The library has ready-made plans for different calorie levels and diets, and you can take any of them and change it your way.
The library works on every account, including the free one.
For each plan you see its name, tags (for example gluten-free, vegetarian, keto) and one line of numbers: calories a day, number of days and meals a day.
If you've set your calorie target, the plan also shows the difference, for example -81 kcal from yours or Exactly your calories. Plans within your range have this label in colour, the others in grey.
Tap Filters, set what you want and choose Show results:
The search box at the top looks through names, descriptions and tags, and it doesn't mind missing accents.
Tap a plan to see its description, all its tags, the What you get section (calories, length, meals) and Sample day, which shows the meals from the first day.
Tap Take this plan. The plan lands in your diets as your own copy: you can change its meals, portions and days, and the original in the library stays untouched. The app opens the copy straight away, and from there you can set it as active or generate a shopping list.
The number of diets depends on your account plan: 5 on a free account, 30 on Premium, unlimited on the Dietitian plan. All your diets count, not just the active plan. When you reach the limit, delete a diet you don't use or choose a higher plan.
On a free account you can browse, filter and take whole plans. Copying a single recipe from the library into your own recipes is available from Premium.
